Kim Lindsay is Chief Legal & Risk Officer at Entain Australia & New Zealand, where she leads the organisation’s Legal, AML/CTF, Safer Gambling, Compliance and Risk functions across Australia and New Zealand. Kim brings deep experience in legal, regulatory, compliance and risk matters across highly regulated industries, with a particular focus on navigating complex regulatory environments and leading organisational change and uplift.

Kim has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer across the ANZ gaming and wagering sector. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of law, regulation and business, advising on significant regulatory developments and helping organisations strengthen their governance, risk and compliance frameworks. In her current role, Kim is focused on driving continued uplift across legal, regulatory and risk capabilities, underpinned by Entain’s commitment to “win, but not at all costs” and a strong focus on sustainable compliance, consumer protection and responsible wagering.
