The wining 2025 pitch showcased how "GO", the new on the floor app, supports Focal’s data-driven risk identification system. The app enables staff to identify players at risk in specific venues. It also offers gambling operators effortless access to both risk and guest interaction data across various mobile devices.

Smart Gambling Support: Introducing Evive Australia
Evive, Australia represents the alchemy found in lived experience and deep clinical and prevention expertise, all combined with savvy tech. The tool (currently available in the US) is being localised for Australian harm mitigation. It is designed for anyone wanting to change how they play, or seek support for gambling harms. Evive Australia assures operators, regulators and people using the tool that they are receiving relevant harm minimisation strategies. Whether someone is thinking about cutting down, or is on a help-seeking journey, Evive is a one-stop shop. It is created by Sam DeMello, a tech specialist who is in recovery from lived experience of gambling harms. Jay Robinson - safer gambling expert with 20 years experience in Australia harm min - is supporting the adaptation of the tool for an Australian audience, including affected others.
