Tracy Parker is Senior Vice President, Accreditation, Advisory & Insights at the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC), where she leads initiatives that advance safer gambling through accreditation, advisory services, prevention, research, and knowledge mobilization. With nearly 30 years of experience at the intersection of business, social impact, and public policy, Tracy works with regulators, operators, and other stakeholders across Canada and internationally to strengthen consumer protection, build public trust, and support the development of sustainable gambling environments. Tracy oversees RG Check, RGC's internationally recognized responsible gambling accreditation program, and leads a multidisciplinary team focused on helping organizations translate evidence and leading practice into meaningful action. Her work spans strategic advisory services, standards development, capacity building, and thought leadership on emerging issues affecting the gambling sector. A frequent speaker and facilitator, Tracy is known for fostering dialogue across diverse stakeholder groups and helping organizations navigate complex challenges related to governance, player well-being, innovation, and accountability.
