David Foster

Group Director of International Regulatory Affairs, Entain

David has more than 12 years of experience in the online betting and gaming sector, with specific expertise in the field of international regulation and policy. He is currently Group Director of International Regulatory Affairs at Entain, based in London, where he is responsible for the development and delivery of the Group's regulatory affairs and political engagement strategy in more than 20 global jurisdictions. Prior to this, he spent four years working at Flutter in a similar international policy and regulatory role. He also sits on the Board of several industry trade bodies, including the European Betting and Gaming Association (EGBA). Prior to joining the sector, David spent time working in the sports industry and as an advisor in the European Parliament in Brussels.
