Paul is a leader in betting, gaming and sports for AWS and has over 20 years of experience at almost every layer of the sports industry. Devlin spent 10 years as a professional rugby player across Europe before pivoting into high performance coaching where he managed staff of a decade in the sports science, sports medicine, sports technology, medical, and strength and conditioning departments. He has consulted to many global sports technology companies across the last 15 years, and also has extensive executive coaching experience. Paul has an MSc in strength and conditioning science, an MBA from AGSM in Sydney, an LLM in International Sports Law in Practice from Sheffield University in the UK, and a Doctorate from EIMT.
