Peter McMahon

Chief Executive Officer, Commercial Gaming Association of Ontario

Peter is Chief Executive Officer, of the Commercial Gaming Association of Ontario (CGAO), where he has built positive and constructive partnerships with critical stakeholders, to forge a path forward that embraces change and emerging trends. 

Peter has been in the Community (Bingo) Gaming business for over 35yrs, starting his career with the Rank Group (UK) before moving to Canada where he held various positions before taking on his current role as CEO in 2002.   

During this time, Peter has been instrumental in the recent transformation of the sector through his continued focus on partnerships, innovation, adaptability and emerging trends.  Under his guidance the CGAO has seen significant growth and recently developed a Sector Strategy Plan 2030+, that focuses on the future consumer needs and the evolving business framework.
